Fast and easy access to same-day telemedicine appointments for treating tick bites, diagnosing acute Lyme disease, and Erythema Migrans (commonly referred to as a bull's eye rash).
Urgent Care Appointment: $125.00
Urgent Care Follow-Up Appointments: $60. 00
( patients are allowed up to two follow-ups before needing to transfer into full care practice )
Appointments are available for people living in CT and NY.
Specialty Care for Lyme Disease and Co-infections
Assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of Lyme disease or co-infections
Initial Consultation: $675; approximately 60-90 minutes.
Follow-Up Appointments: $250; approximately 30 minutes.
( occurring every 4-8 weeks, or as needed )
We offer appointments by telemedicine, in-office, and via house calls (limited locations) in CT and NY.
Appointments are also appropriate for anyone who is unsure about their diagnosis and needs consultation to discuss their history of illness and/or to evaluate the possibility of Lyme disease or other co-infections.
